Date of shipment

We would like to remind our new customers that BRILLANTINA STORE can ask Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank, before the customer's credit card is actually charged. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your first order. 

BRILLANTINA STORE reserves the right to request new Customers to ship the goods to the billing address of the same.
Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers. 
Your credit card will be charged on the day of shipment.
During sales or promotion periods, shipments may take longer. 
In all cases BRILLANTINA STORE reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.
