Return Policy

Procedure to follow for returns
Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 working days of receiving the products. The right of withdrawal does not cover every buyer. The first limitation is its application only to consumers defined by the Civil Code as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out (art. 1469bis). Therefore, companies and retailers who have made purchases with a VAT number cannot assert the right of withdrawal.
The procedure to follow is as follows:
1) Tell us, no later than 10 working days from delivery of the goods, that you wish to withdraw from the purchase by calling our Customer Service on 0811944768 or an email to info@brillantinastore.com
In the communication you must indicate your name and surname and the date of purchase. In case of partial withdrawal, you must indicate the code of the product(s) on which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. It is essential that the goods to be returned are intact, unused and clean, that they are placed in the relevant original sales packaging and that the garment labels are not torn. Otherwise, the return may be denied. Furthermore, specify whether you want a refund or exchange of the product, even with one of a different value.
2) Within the same period you must return the goods reinserted in their original packaging, complete with all its parts and carefully packaged. Include all the documents received in the package. The return can be made via a trusted courier or at any Poste Italiane office via registered mail or ordinary parcel, it must NEVER be sent by normal or priority mail (which do not require the issuing of a receipt). The receipt must be retained until the refund or exchange is received. The costs of the return and any exchange are borne by the customer and vary depending on the rates applied by the appointed couriers or by Poste Italiane. We recommend insuring the shipment against theft and transport damage. If the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss during transport, we reserve the right to charge for any damage suffered by deducting it from the sums to be refunded.

Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the cost of the goods (not shipping) the refund will be paid to the same payment method used for the purchase, so for example, if you bought an item online with the rechargeable card the refund will be made to you on the latter. The only exception is purchases made by cash on delivery. In this case, in fact, the customer is asked for their bank details to receive the bank transfer. Or choose to exchange the product, according to the customer's requests. For purchases made by choosing the credit card/paypal as the payment method, the refund will be made through a transfer to the card itself of the transaction made. For purchases made with all other payment methods, the refund will be made via bank transfer, so in this case please indicate your bank details.
Items damaged, defective or not as ordered.
A defective or non-compliant item must be returned complete, intact, in its original packaging (on which the sales code is indicated) within 10 days from the delivery date. The package must be prepared by inserting the appropriate copy of the shipping note inside, specifying whether you want an exchange or a refund. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, the costs incurred for return shipping will also be reimbursed. The return can be made via a trusted courier or at any Poste Italiane office via registered mail or ordinary parcel, it must NEVER be sent by normal or priority mail (which do not require the issuing of a receipt). The receipt must be retained until the refund or exchange is received.
